Internship in Student Admissions & Advising
⸺As part of the expansion of its student admission and advising activities, MUST University—an international private higher education institution—is seeking two interns to join its Admissions Department.
Under the supervision of the admissions team and the Dean, the selected intern(s) will actively contribute to the promotion of academic programs and the follow-up of prospective students, within a dynamic environment committed to academic excellence and to outstanding student experience.

Missions
- Help promote our programs to high school students, college students, and parents, both in person and remotely.
- Help organize and facilitate institutional events (education fairs, open houses, webinars, information sessions).
- Provide initial responses to and follow up on incoming inquiries (phone, email, social media, WhatsApp).
- Support prospective students throughout the admissions process until they enroll.
- Collaborate with the communications, academic, and administrative teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality applicant experience.
- Help track progress on initiatives and report on results.

Required profile
- Student majoring in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; fluency in English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, good listening skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Team player, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Dynamic, proactive, and adaptable.
Previous experience (internship, academic project, or volunteer work) in communication, marketing, or customer relations is preferred.
