Dr Martin Foerster, Director of Business Development and Quality, Steinbeis University S-Next, Germany

Martin Foerster is an accomplished expert in higher education development, quality assurance, and academic strategy, with over a decade of international experience across universities, consultancy firms, and education networks. He currently serves as Director of Business Development & Quality at Steinbeis-Hochschule Schools of Next Practices, where he leads development and accreditation and quality processes.

Previously, Dr Foerster held leadership roles at institutions such as XU Exponential University, ASIIN Consult GmbH, and the University of Hamburg, where he worked on international evaluation projects, academic coordination, and data-driven performance analysis. As former Secretary General of CEENQA, he helped shape quality assurance standards across Central and Eastern Europe.
