Adel Ben Mnaouer
Pr Ben Maneour is the Chair of the 2023 IEEE International Conference on Blockchain and Cryptocurrency. He received his BSc degree in Computer Science from the “Ecole Supérieure des communications (SUP’COM) of Tunisia in 1985 and the MEng and PhD degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Fukui and from Yokohama National University, Japan, in 1993 and 1997 respectively. Dr. Khalil Amiri
Dr. Khalil Amiri is co-founder and Provost of MUST University. He was formerly CEO of KPI Associates, a research and consulting firm, specializing in strategy, digital transformation, and higher education quality assurance. Before founding KPI Associates, Dr served as Professor and Dean of the Mediterranean Institute of Technology, and lecturer at Imperial College London.
