The Bachelor’s in Management Science at MUST prepares students to become effective leaders in a dynamic, innovation-driven global economy. PEO 1. Managerial Foundations and Analytical Competence: Graduates will apply the fundamentals of management, accounting, and business administration; analyze economic, organizational, and competitive environments; and leverage digital and analytical tools to address complex managerial challenges.
PEO 2. Strategic Leadership and Organizational Performance: Graduates will be able to design, evaluate, and implement management and organizational development strategies, improve process performance, and support decision-making in diverse contexts.
PEO 3. Professional Communication and Ethical Responsibility: Graduates will communicate managerial information effectively, make responsible decisions, demonstrate integrity, and uphold professional and ethical standards across a range of organizational environments.
PEO 4. Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Adaptability: Graduates will collaborate effectively within multicultural and interdisciplinary teams and demonstrate critical thinking, analytical rigor, and adaptability in response to evolving professional environments and management innovations.
