Mr. Mourad Bouaouina has thirty years of practical experience in infrastructure and development projects (studies, design, procurement, etc.), projects’ management, business development in private engineering consulting firm, financing of development projects in different sectors (preparation, appraisal, negotiation and implementation follow-up). This experience was acquired through working for public and private institutions in addition to multilateral development funding institutions.
Mourad is very acquainted with many Arab, Sub-Saharan and Asian countries as he was responsible for projects and conducted missions in more than 25 countries.
Currently Mourad is in charge of OPEC Fund’s public sector portfolio of development projects in 8 Sub-Saharan countries.
