Pr. Mohamed-Salah Ouali is a Professor of Industrial in the Department of Mathematics and Industrial Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal, Québec, Canada, since 2000. He obtained his Doctorate degree from the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, France, in 1996, and worked as an adjunct professor at Moncton University, New-Brunswick, Canada, from 1997 to 2000. He is a member of the Interuniversity Research Center on Enterprise Networks, Logistics and Transport (CIRRELT) and the Institute for Data Valorization (IVADO). His research interests focus on reliability and maintenance engineering, multiple failure modes diagnosis, causality analysis, system supervision/control, component aging, multivariate time series analysis, residual life prognosis, condition-based maintenance and its tools, statistical and Bayesian learning, maintenance digital twins, and quantitative risk analysis.
