Executive Master Programs

Program overview:

The Executive Master program in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics is a comprehensive 9-month part-time program, delivered in a flexible blended learning format, with a specialized focus on digital evidence collection, analysis, and interpretation in the context of cybercrime investigations. The curriculum is totally online with live expert-led sessions, including real-world case studies, simulated cybercrime scenarios, and hands-on practice in forensic tools and methodologies. Participants will gain expertise in incident response, digital evidence handling, forensic analysis techniques, and the legal and ethical considerations of cybersecurity investigations. Program participants who successfully complete the Executive Master program will receive: 

  • An “IBM Cybersecurity Analyst Certificate” from IBM.
  • A certificate of completion of the EC-Council Course on “Digital Forensics Essentials”
  • A MUST University – GTC Executive Master in Cybersecurity Governance and Compliance.

6-8 hours a week: 3-4 hours of online self-paced study and 3-4 hours of online
live instructor-led sessions.

Delivery model

  Sessions alternate between online materials, practice sessions, and project work.

The program uses a hybrid delivery model, combining self-paced online resources (Coursera, EC-Council, MUST-authored content) with live instructor-led practice sessions. All components are conducted entirely online.

Our Instructor(s):

In addition to the instructors from IBM and EC-Council delivering the online courses, our instructor-led sessions are given by world-renowned experts in the field.
Dr. Mohamed HamdiDr (PhD, habilitation) is the founding director of Elgazala Innovation Center where he leads the supervision of innovative startup projects. He co-authored more than 150 scientific publications published in international journals and conferences. He was the chair of the ‘Cloud security’ industry forum in the IEEE ICC’12 conference (Ottawa, Canada). He has also chaired and co-chaired international conferences and special issues in international conferences including the ‘Trust, Security, and Privacy’ symposium in the IEEE IWCMC 2012 conference and for the special issue on ‘Web Services in Multimedia Communication’ for the journal on Advances in Multimedia. He presented multiple tutorials and invited speeches in international conferences such as the GEOSS Forum (Globecom 2011). In addition, Dr. Hamdi has been invited at the ITU World Telecom conference to serve as a panellist in a forum on the security of social networks. He also passed prestigious professional certifications including the CISSP and the CISCO Security certifications. He is conducting research activities in the areas of cloud security and assurance, Internet of things, and security incident handling. Between 2001 and 2005, he worked for the National Digital Certification Agency (Tunisia) where he was the leader of the security risk management team.
